The Wii is the current Nintendo Console... Basically, that animated gif is from the episode where the brigade go up against the computer society in an online gaming match. Yuki, using a computer for the first time, picks up the optical mouse and waves it in the air, but in this animated gif, she's holding a Wii remote instead.

I have not heard about this, but I did check a Wiki of it. From what I read, there's a manga and such out, not sure about an anime... I'll get back to you if I find out anything else.
