It's easy to make such a voice. But make sure to follow the music or your Composition will be a failure.

Saaria's ending, the three girls read in the library should be happened and don't let Sarria tell you what happened to Fia. There are two endings for Saaria. Once you finish one, you should load the game which you saved at December 4th and choose the option "Pickup an old one".
Arute's ending is quite difficult because Arute's favorable impression can only be increased by play the music in "Uncle Note Inn" at night. Be sure not let the other girls favorable impression increased quickly.
Then you can play Lasty's ending. You should compose the song "Powder Snow of Angel Feather" at the day November 16th. Your compose skill should be 255 and Lasty's favorable impression should higher than Fia's. Then the day December 4th when you meet Stephanie, you can probably choose the third option "But I still cannot leave from Lasty". The first time, there is no choice and Lasty die and then you load the game and there will be a choice at December 16th "Find out the reason of tragedy". Probably Kuraphis and Lasty did not return home and go to the church find that Arute is singing a song which Lasty usually sings but the voice is dark. Use prayer song to conquer it. Lasty is tired and fall on the ground. But she is not dead. Then the ending that Kuraphis married with Lasty.
