Sorry, I think that you cannot follow the rules of foreign forums.
In most foreign forums, share resource is denied because it will meet the copyright problems. So, it's prohibit to post a thread with music, picture share and so on.
For pictures, only screenshots is available for ask a question.

Several months ago, I share some music to Key Fans in Static-subs forum. It was deleted immediately and the administrator gave me a message, he said that it is out of law to share these resource, he didn't want the website be closed because of this.
