Who can fix this problem?

It troubled me for several weeks. I don't know why, sometimes I cannot change input language. The default language is English. Sometimes I can change but sometimes I cannot change it. So I could only copy Chinese words to input Chinese. I am really angry for that. Since the examination is near, I have no time to find a way to fix it or reinstall the system. Then I started to post English threads. But I didn't tell you the reason why.
Tomorrow the exam will begin, and it will end in Sunday. But this problem is still waiting for me to fix. Should I reinstall the system?

这个问题相当简单，很多人都问过我了，具体方法如下：
控制面板——区域与语言选项——语言——详细信息——高级——把打钩的两个选项去除，点击确定。

But it is strange that if I restart my computer, the same problem appears again. It doesn't appear each time. Is that caused by a computer virus? But I have scanned my computer, no virus.

估计不是病毒，是开机没有加载到了。

和刚才差不多~
控制面板——区域与语言选项——语言——详细信息——下方的语言栏——点开之后，第二项“桌面显示”和第四项“其他显示”打钩~
